A.
Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes (5 sets):
3 Cleans + 1 Jerk
(Perform 3 cleans, dropping the bar each rep, and after the last clean perform a jerk)

*Sets 1-3 = 1 rep @ 72.5% of 1-RM Clean & Jerk
*Sets 4-5 = 1 rep @ 77.5% of 1-RM Clean & Jerk

B.
Every 2 minutes, for 12 minutes (6 sets):
Front Squat

*Sets 1-2 = 3 reps @ 75%
*Sets 3-4 = 3 reps @ 80%
*Sets 5-6 = 2 reps @ 85%

C.
Every minute on the minute for 21 minutes:
Minute 1: 10 Burpee Deadlifts (50/35 lbs)
Minute 2: 15/10 Calorie Assault Bike
Minute 3: 20/15 Calorie Row
